We arrive 30–45 minutes before your first session and set up a full portable studio. All we need is a 12x12 open space. A conference room or open office works perfectly.

Step 3 — Coached Sessions, 5 Minutes Each

Every team member gets professional lighting, a clean backdrop, and live coaching to look their best on camera. Most are done in under 5 minutes.

Step 4 — Live Selection on iPad

Each person reviews their photos on the spot and each individual receives a private proof gallery of all images taken instantly.

Step 5 — Retouched Files in 5 Business Days

Every selected image is professionally retouched and delivered in web and print-ready formats, ready for your website, LinkedIn, and internal directory.
